Our neighbors' homeschooling group hired JIM WEISS to come out and give a workshop. She invited us for family night to the family portion to hear him tell some stories. I had never heard of him before but he was indeed a great storyteller. He told a great story about Thomas Jefferson and Adams, and in this photo, he is telling the story of the Tortoise and the Hare!
How fun, we love him. When Hayden was born my aunt gave us several of his story telling cds and my kids will listen to those over and over. I didn't know he was a local.
