30 hours with NO HOT WATER,

$509 = price of a new "California Acceptable" water heater,

$188.19 = price of the permit to install water heater,

HOT WATER = PRICELESS!!!!!

Day 135

Just when things were going so smoothly...our water heater

bursts!! {at least we caught it before we left for Maui, and 

before the renters moved in} [this is me trying to look for the positives]

The boys were excited because they got to go swimming for shower time!!

Day 134

Jayden's 1st field trip {Birch Aquarium in San Diego}

I've never seen a kid so excited to ride the BUS!!

this will probably be the only time I see our new garage both

empty and clean..so I decided to wash the floors and make it shine!!

Day 132 {Happy Mother's Day}

3 reasons why today is so special!!!  I love you boys!

Day 131

As a fundraiser for girls camp, we dipped, probably close to

700 strawberries, in yummy chocolate and wrapped them up.

That's what I've done for Mother's Day weekend so far, that and a 

soccer game!  

Day 130

went scrapbooking with the girls last night (hadn't done that in

months) and feasted upon the best food ever:  TACO TIJUANA's

I finished!!  {and 2 days early} 

This was also my last project to finish for receiving my

YOUNG WOMEN's Medallion for Personal Progress.  Yay!

Day 128

UGGS in may??? it was way too cold today to say I

live in so. calif.  {10 more days till ugg-less Maui.}

Day 127

today my teenage boyfriend got his braces off!!  if only

i had a BEFORE shot to show what a dramatic change this is!!

next and final step:  ZOOM whitening!!

Day 126

Ryder started swimming lessons today...we stayed after

so he could play around.  I was talking to someone when

all of a sudden I see Ryder gasping for breath in the big pool.

So I jumped in, in all my clothes to get him.  I think he was

feeling a little too confident after only 1 lesson.  Let's just

hope he'll get back in the water for Lesson #2!

Day 125

Signing our lives away...it's border line ridiculous how many

times we had to sign our names today.  It's looking like we'll

get the keys sometime this week!!

Day 124

These are the incredible girls I get to work with!!  I'm 

sooooo going to miss them when we move, {but I'm not

thinking about that yet!}

Day 123

Took our YW to San Clemente beach to pass off some certifications

for girls camp.  The weather was as perfect as the company!!
