Breakfast for dinner...is there anything better!! It was my cooking night for dinner group and I thought I'd try something new. Believe it or not, this was my first time ever making German Pancakes. According to youtube, this was exactly how they were suppose to look in the oven. The kids thought I was crazy and that I totally messed up. No one was laughing when they gobbled them up in like 5 seconds. Pour yummy strawberry or maple syrup on anything and you have perfection!

These are good! I've made them tons of times, but I've only known them as Hootinanies. It is a little scary the first time you make them... they look like they're going to explode in the oven.
