Do you remember in the old days what a tedious job it was to fill a water ballon? You could never get the top stretched out enough and then it would rip once you finally got it on the nozzle! I just can't believe they never came up with this device any earlier!! I filled a whole ice chest{about 200 balloons} in about 20 minutes!
