I may not like the changes they have made with their salsa, but I love their customer service! I was so surprised to first, get a phone call from the 3rd in command over the comment I had sent them via email, and then, a handwritten letter expressing his gratitude for my passion about their product. It feels pretty dang good to know my voice was heard.
