My girlfriend has been masterminding this surprise birthday for nearly 3 months. Tonight was the night. We had a backyard full {1/2 of the kids were dancing to the left of this picture}. Swimming, BBQ, shave-ice, dancing..it was an amazing night, and I think she was truly and honestly surprised. She really thought she was coming to babysit our boys while we went away for our anniversary for the night. She watched them last year for us, so it wasn't strange that we asked her again! She showed up, straight out of the shower, with wet hair and in sweats! If she had known something was up, she may have pulled herself together a little better. It was a fun night, with a great group of kids.
