The OFFENDER: guilty of using too many bump-its! (The one as-seen on t.v. product I have steered clear of).Seriously..unless you're the B-52's, your hair does not need to be this high. This girl was about 4'9'', petite, and wore equally large amounts of make-up.

Seriously?! Who let her out of the house? What kind of friends does she have that allow her to be seen this way? That's just like having broccoli in your teeth or a booger in your nose!! A REAL friend would say, "Whoa! You're not keeping your hair like THAT, are you?"
