I texted my sister this morning and told her today would be a very convenient day to have her baby, for me {it was father & sons campout night}, and she obliged. My sweet little niece came into the world at 2:40 p.m. weighing 7 lbs. 6 oz. and was 20 in. long. Perfect and sweet and really a girl!
As if that wasn't enough, my darling class surprised me with a giant candy gram card, thanking me for being their teachers. The waterworks turned on early. I just love this group so much. Good thing, because I get to be their teacher again next year!
