Ryder is not crying, rather, he is revolting against me for taking his picture. He felt I was cutting into his morning recess and said that he would frown for all the pictures. He had a career project due today. Why he chose a Baker, is anyone guess? But didn't Jim Ryder do a great job! I especially love the mustache.
